Delivery & Pick Up Procedure

  1. An email or written request for a delivery/ pick-up date, submitted to the Resident Manager at least 5 days in advance of the requested date of the delivery or pick-up.
  2. A refundable delivery/ pick-up deposit of $400.00 payable to 32 Gramercy Park Owners Corporation, submitted to the Resident Manager via the front desk staff prior to the moving date.
  3. A $1 million dollar Certificate of Insurance (attached) from the moving / delivery company naming the 32 Gramercy Park Owners Corporation and Greenthal Management as additional insured for the move.

Deliveries and pick-ups are permitted Monday through Friday, except Holidays, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All deliveries and pick-ups will be conducted through the basement and NOT through the lobby of the building.

* Large items are defined as appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, electronics or any single item that does not fit on the luggage cart for a single trip to an apartment.
