To submit a work order, you may follow the work order form link on the left of this page or you can contact Artur Avoricani by email@example.com or calling 212-477-7141 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
It is building policy that members of the staff (including doormen) do NOT take work orders. Work orders are performed on a first come, first served basis. However, emergencies take priority over all other work in the building. Please keep in mind that residents are discouraged from requesting particular employees work in their apartment. The Resident Manager assigns the work orders to the staff person who is most appropriate for the requested work. If the work request requires an outside contraction (e.g. plumber or electrician) the Resident Manager will discuss the options with you.
Also, please be aware that parts used to make repairs will be charged back to you on your maintenance statement.
